VICTORIA, BC � What started out as a simple swap meet has turned into a major event. Enthusiasts convinced us that a custom bike show and shine with the swap meet would be better and is overdue for Vancouver Island.
And since there are a number of AWARD winning bike builders on the island, it is all the more reason to have a show. Of course, some TALENTED bike builders from the mainland will be here as well. Previous North American AWARD winning bikes will be featured along with Old School to State of the Art Customs representing a number of classes from Vintage to Racing. All entrants will have a chance to win sponsored trophies so come choose your favorite.
Both private and commercial vendors will be on hand, including leather ware, tattoo artist, fashion ware, bike accessories, etc.. A chance to win a custom bike. Swap meet with affordable spaces. The fun continues with a Saturday night dance, door prizes and live entertainment. Come check out its history and some great vintage bikes.
Motorcyclists are well known for their support of charities. This show continues the tradition supporting: Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation; Big Brothers Big Sisters Victoria; AIDS Vancouver; Vancouver Island Association for Injured Motorcyclists A.I.M.

On Saturday September 13, 2008, hundreds of riders from all walks of life, riding all types of motorcycles, are getting together for the 2nd Annual Ride the United Way motorcycle Poker Run.

This year's ride will take you on a scenic ride of 150 kms throughout Hamilton, Flamboro and Burlington.

The cost will be $25/riders and $15/passenger with 100% of the proceeds going to the United Way.

Welcome ladies to the first annual International Female Ride Day Windsor Ride! Like Motoress.com said, JUST RIDE and that's what I plan to do. This ride will take place on Friday, May 2, 2008. The staging area is at Riverisde Park at the corner of Riverside Drive East and Aylmer Avenue in Windsor Ontario. The ride leaves at 10:00am sharp. Please make sure to arrive early so you can check in and have time to socialize and take pictures.

***After much debate and thought it has been decided that the ride will not be going out to Grand Bend. Unfortunately for us we live in an area where the weather still isn't quite warm at the beginning of May. I have come to realize it will be too cold still to travel to Grand Bend. Don't despair, the ride is still a go! We will make a day out of the ride but will probably stay in the Essex & Chatham/Kent counties.***
